When I was a learner , I was of the thought ,that 

"Present Perfect Continuous Tense" = "Present Perfect Tense" + "Present Continuous Tense"


thus just by getting those two "Tenses" combined we will get our 

"Present Perfect Continuous Tense" 


But this is not true at all,

because "Present Perfect Continuous Tense" are about,


Meaning 

When I have to say that I am doing _ _ _ _ _ work from _ _ _ _ time and the work is still keep going on or keeping continued.
