"Has" is used for Singular Person & "Have" for Plural
Use of "been" :-
(Has / Have) + "been" is used when there is any sentence is of nature "Passive sentence"

in other words, when I can say something that, this work is done "by" someone

- I have been tought by my teachers
- Food has been cooked by Mom
- ETC.
Use of "Third form of Verb (V3)" :-
Third form of verb also has a key role in sentences of
"Present Perfect Tense"
because whenever "Has / Have" occurs in the sentence
we have to apply third form of verb (V3), after Has / Have

Why we use only "Third form of Verb (V3) After Has / Have"
In Present Perfect Tense????
Present Perfect Tense Rules / Prenset Perfect Tense Formula :-
Subject + Has / Have + V 3 + Object
Subject + Has / Have + been + V 3 + Object
Present Perfect Tense Exercise :-
- First start with Subject (i.e. I, We, You, They, Hes, She, It, or Name of the Person or Place)
- We also know that which work is done in "Present" we denote them using the helping verbs "Has or Have"
- "Has" is used for Singular & "Have" is used for Plural Subject or Person.
- Apply been if there action / work is done by someone else. (i.e. there is a leverage of use of "by")
- And we also have learnt this in our "Present Perfect Tense" (above explanation) that whenever "Has or Have" occurs in any sentence then, we use third form of verb after "Has or Have"
Hence the Summary of the Rules or Formula is
Subject + Has / Have + V3 + Object
Thus by applying our these 3 rules
Subject + Has / Have + V3 + Object
